Safety Needles
The British Health and Safety Executive has become extremely concerned with the threat of fluid cross-contamination during the use of certain types of permanent cosmetic equipment. The Nouveau Contour patented, disposable cartridge system addresses these concerns and was the first pen machine available to offer a disposable needle cartridge.
Internal diaphragms prevent fluid and airborne contaminants from entering the hand piece which is therefore completely independent of the disposable cartridge, and so the system is void of any chance of cross-contamination. Nouveau Contour realises that it is imperative that the disposable tube/needle cartridges are sterile. Each cartridge is packed separately and sterilised using EO gas. The entire cartridge, which contains the needle, is then disposed of after the procedure. Nouveau Contour Safety Needles cost from £25 plus VAT.
