Karen recently carried out a paramedical procedure for Sinitta. Although best known for her pop career and recent TV roles on programmes such as X Factor and Grease is the Word, Sinitta used to be a ballerina and had worn all the dark skin off her toes from years of dancing.

She felt very self conscious about her white toes and kept them covered when in public, limiting her choice of footwear.

Sinitta was amazed at how Karen used micro pigmentation to blend the colour of her toes with the surrounding skin and when she appeared on Cirque De Celebrite the following week she was barefoot, confident and walking the tightrope! Sinitta has since trained to re-pigment her own toes and is the proud owner of a Nouveau Contour permanent cosmetics machine.
